Core business areas

Development and production of COMPOGLASS Composite Sheet

The composite sheet is an innovative construction material for Russia, yet widely known in other countries, used for roofing, facades (facade systems), fencing, and interior solutions.
It is a lightweight and strong material, not subject to corrosion, which thanks to its properties successfully replaces polycarbonate and metal profiled sheet. It features high durability, resistance to atmospheric conditions and ultraviolet radiation.
The composite sheet is produced by continuous molding using proprietary patents.
COMPOGLASS sheets can be either translucent or painted in any RAL color. They can be flat or replicate the most popular profiles available on the market. The sheet surface can be smooth or decorative — "rain", "crystal", "sand" and others.
Sheet thickness ranges from 0.5 to 5 mm, width up to 2.2 m, profile height up to 140 mm. Depending on thickness and dimensions, sheets are supplied in rolls or individually.

Development and production of ETIZ Foam Glass

ETIZ Foam Glass is a unique thermal insulation material with an open cellular structure. Produced using patented cold foaming technology of liquid glass. Available as 600×600 mm boards with 50-100 mm thickness. Material density is 120-180 kg/m³, thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.045-0.050 W/(m*K). Features excellent fire protection characteristics and absolute environmental safety.

Development and production of ETIZ Composite Rebar

Composite rebar is a material that fundamentally changes the approach to reinforcement. It is 3 times stronger than steel in tension, while being 5-8 times lighter, which simplifies logistics and installation. Manufactured in strict compliance with GOST 31938-2022 from high-quality fiberglass and epoxy resins. Rebar diameters: from 6 to 25 mm. A unique feature is the special anchor layer of 4 twisted strands, providing 50% higher bond with concrete compared to traditional analogues.

2013

First equipment developments

A proprietary composite manufacturing technology was created, enabling not only the production of high-quality complex composite materials but also the control of technological processes with statistics collection for subsequent analysis. From this point, the company began developing and manufacturing its first software-controlled production lines, registering its first patent.

2016

Founding of ETIZ Composite

Transformation of a small engineering association into a production and trading company.

2017

Start of production

The 2016-2017 period served as a validation of previously developed core technological solutions. During this time, the equipment fleet was expanded and the company began mass production with its own dealer network.

2018

Development of micro-dosing system

To effectively manage the growing production complex, it was necessary to significantly improve the existing electronic management and technological control system — thus the first micro-dosing system was created.

2020

DIY sales sector
development

Thanks to consistent quality, ETIZ became the first composite rebar and mesh manufacturer to supply directly to all major federal DIY retail chains. Successfully passed all on-site production audits from suppliers.

2021

Acquisition of a
15,000 sq.m. building

To expand production capabilities and the engineering level of the production system, a decision was made to acquire a large 15,000 m² production complex.

2023

Production on 12 lines managed by the ETIZ ERP 1C system.

To improve management efficiency and control over the new production complex with increased capacity, an electronic management and control system was needed — thus the full version of the ETIZ ERP Production Control System was developed by ETIZ Composite.

2024

Development of new composite construction material production lines

Along with the production of composite rebar and mesh, the company is developing the production of other groups of composite construction materials.
