Delivery and payment

ETIZ ships directly from its own production facilities. Delivery terms and cost depend on the volume, product type and destination — the manager confirms them when the order is placed.

Delivery options

• Freight carriers across Russia. We hand the shipment over to a carrier of your choice or arrange one ourselves.
• Pickup from the warehouse. Available after the order is confirmed and paid.
• Export shipments. For deliveries outside Russia we prepare the documents required for customs clearance. Terms are agreed individually.

Payment

• Bank transfer for legal entities on the basis of an invoice;
• Prepayment or payment terms — agreed individually for wholesale orders;
• Wholesale orders receive additional discounts.

Documents

Every shipment is accompanied by a delivery note and quality certificates. Composite rebar is supplied with confirmation of compliance with GOST 31938-2022. Foam glass products additionally carry technical approvals of the Russian Ministry of Construction and fire safety certificates.
