Parameters Specifications

Density

120 kg/m³ and 180 kg/m³

600 × 600 mm, thickness 50, 60, and 100 mm.
Custom sizes and thicknesses available upon request.

Thermal conductivity coefficient at 25°C

0.045 – 0.050 W/(m·K)

Thermal conductivity coefficient under "A" conditions

0.056 – 0.060 W/(m·K)

Thermal conductivity coefficient under "B" conditions

0.061 – 0.067 W/(m·K)

Water vapor permeability

0.5 mg/(m·h·Pa)

Compressive strength

0.24 – 0.36 MPa

Fire protection efficiency

71 minutes (50 mm thick board, density 180 kg/m³)
90 minutes (100 mm thick board, density 180 kg/m³)
150 minutes in combination with 15 mm of plaster (50 mm thick board, density 180 kg/m³)

Upper service temperature limit

750 °C. Melts at 1350 °C.

Flammability class

NG / KM0 (non-combustible)

Water resistance

Water-insoluble

Sorption moisture
- at 80% RH
- at 97% RH

4.5 – 4.0
6.0 – 6.5

Operational stability (durability)

Durable (over 100 years. This conclusion follows from the chemical composition and cellular structure. Open cells account for more than 70% with a porosity of 90%, so no freeze-thaw damage occurs from internal moisture).
Does not degrade, change size, or lose properties throughout its entire service life. Dries out if wetted (at positive temperatures and under natural ventilation) without loss of properties or dimensions.

Sound insulation

from 54 dB, +27 dB (independent value)

Sound absorption

Class A (highest)

Environmental safety

Environmentally safe, contains no organic compounds. Fully mineral material (based on sand and soda). Accordingly, it emits no harmful substances.

Biological resistance

Resistant to rodents, mold growth, and aggressive environmental influences (oxidation, erosion, temperature fluctuations).

Workability / ease of application

Easy installation: compatible with mineral adhesives (cement, gypsum, lime), easily sawn with an ordinary saw, can be plastered, painted, fastened, has excellent adhesion.
